If you also got IP banned from some servers you still won't be able to play on those. Cheating is cheating no matter how you slice it, and it ruins the games for everyone else. Any game can add in BE, and if they do and you have a global ban.. then your toast. Good hackers can block that IP or send an incorrect one, but good hackers usually dont play video games with their skills. So I would presume that for some, even a new PC wont work as it will show the same IP? Again, Im an electrical engineer..
