For some men, finding a M4 is a treasure, but for even more awesome men, beans are the treausure.

I would really love more towns added to the northern border of the map, but all in due time. I do tend to spend a lot of time up north with friends testing view and sound distances, since it is almost always uninhabited.

North is where the real heart of the game is at. Once they adjust zombies accordingly, you'll see a population spike up there. Even more so when base building gets added. I want a treehouse personally lol

I've spent days exploring the northern third of the map tracking east to west and back again just to see the landscape and anything else I might stumble across.  On road, off road, etc.  I haven't been up there since the latest exp. was released though.  There was a thread earlier today suggesting a few buildings have been added.  Does anyone know if the northern lakes have been filled with water yet?  There are several of them, but bone dry.

Haven't noticed the lakes being filled yet. However, I have seen several odd tree formations. Like one right off the railroad, full box outlining of the same tree, with an empty center. Something's getting put there lol

I feel the way the map just stops and becomes endless debug plains spoils the North and West of the map. I really wish they would put mountains or deep gulleys round the edges that aren't water.

My wish is a massive Namalsk type range that stretches across the entire Northern part of the map and once you have the right gear and supplies to make the hard bitter freezing cold journey over the range you are come down into a whole new region with a city. An actual city. The range needs to be worth it though with something like the Namalsk mountain being the smallest of the peaks, terrible blustery snowy conditions, nearly a journey that you would be hard put to do on your own as you would not be able to carry the amount of tools and gear required to get across.

Something like this..

and those damn dragons...way worse than zombies lol.

those are some spectacular screens...i wish we could skyrim our way around mountains up north in cherno

lately i have been enjoying my solo time up north, it is spectacularly beautiful. Specifically last night at sun down, wow the sun rays over the hills and trees hezuz.

the random placeholder sounds are driving me nuts though, so immersion breaking.

every time i want to sit down and have a bite to eat, i hear half zombie noises and people reloading...or rounds jiggling.
