A real hero !

Recommended Posts

Hello fellow dayz players, i am here today to tell you why i am a true coastal hero.

Do i hunt bandits on the coast ? no

Do i give food to new spawns who are starving ? no

Do i give them essential equipment like weapons ? no

Do i sew clothes ? Yes

I travel the coast in search of damaged or badly damaged clothes and i patch them up so any of my poor fellow survivors who stumble across it with nothing but a torch for their life savings can have a decent looking pair of garments. After all you never feel good unless you look good and i believe by doing this i have saved many new spawns from jumping off of construction sites all over chernarus.

All together i think i have patched up about a thousand pieces of clothing.

I don't need a thank you for doing what i do.

I do it for the love.

haha I have done this before. I carry a couple of sewing kits and there have been many times I will find some badly damaged clothes that I will patch up and leave for the next person to find. I also try and drop anything that I consider excess gear in plain sight so someone else can find it and use it. I like it when I find some gear that someone else has dropped and I can use some of it so I consider it a pay-forward. on a side note I do hope I don't get blasted by one of those sawn-offs I leave behind...

This reminds me of a time when i gave someone an sks in cherno and watched him head to bolota only to arrive there later with him at the top of the atc gunning down new spawns. I told him was the one who gave him the gun and tried to go to the top unarmed to talk him out of his evil ways only for him to gun me down and call me a quote 'muppet'.

that's why i do this. I can be a hero without taking any real risks, win win.
