Nickboom 6 Posted February 22, 2014 (First post yay ^_^)So I'm running around in Dayz like normal I got my other computer with a map open and I'm heading to electro. I get to electro on a server with about 20+ people I manage to find a shotgun loaded and continue to run through the city gathering food and drinks and other useful things I manage to get out of electro without any people running across me and at this point I'm rather bored and decide to try to find some other players to mess/team up with. So I head to Cherno and find no one along the way. (Keep in mind 20+ server) As I enter Cherno I see no one and oddly most of the buildings are unlooted. I head in and search, getting more and more annoyed that I cant find a single damn player not even a sniper. As I'm walking in to the center of Cherno a hotspot for player activity I actually run to that statue in the center and dance around that for a while...of course not a single person shows up. So as I'm reaching my max of annoyance I finally just pull out my shotgun and go on a rampage murdering tons of zombies with a very loud double barrel shotgun hoping for players even bandits to come by. To my shock and dismay not a single person came by. At this point I calmly looted any of the nice good buildings went to a supermarket and logged out to play something else. Has anything like these happened to you guys. Its the first time I have explored *both* the main cities with out even a hint of another player near by. (Meanwhile on a 1-2 person server I somehow bump in to the other damn player right on the coast.) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Jayz1331 62 Posted February 22, 2014 Yeah, the only problem with "looking for people" instead of coming across them is the fact that you will most likely be shot on site. I found a guy yesterday who i teamed up with and basically stayed on the run for over a hour being chased by bandits.I prefare to play in a team as i find it is more fun but the snipers cause problems hiding in towers etc picking off random players.
