Antibiotics up North?

So...I just got attacked by some zombies...and now I'm sick.

My temperature is normal, and I'm full on food and water.

Any chance someone has antibiotics up by the military barrack? Or is there a place up north that has antibiotics?

Yes. I am coughing. I'm not sure if it's just a glitch that I got sick right now or if I maybe didn't wash my hands earlier or something...but I'm definitely sick. Losing 3 blood points every several seconds.

i too appear to have the same sickness but it seems that antibiotics dont spawn anymore. i have checked the hospitals over and over and find nothing. the only antibiotics around are the ones that people have had on them for a while. the patches must have deleted them or something.

they are very rare i found some a few days ago but then died lolz !

i also need morphines painkillers and blood at airfiled if any1 is close . me and a friend are in a pretty dire situation
