I voted "Yes", but mostly in jest. There's no way it wouldn't lead to the game being banned in most countries, I'd have thought.

Where I live video game ratings are controlled by people who basically don't understand video games so even if it is harmless it could still lead to the game being banned.

Like if you get raped you will bleed a lot and you will be unable to F3. Also rape victim's walking animation will be changed accordingly, and if the rapee attempts to run then bleeding from behind will start flowing again. Shock level will be permanently high and untreatable from epinephrine.

 

Cannibalism should gradually change your looks and your nutrition habits. The more you eat humans the more you are addicted and nothing else can stop your hunger for human flesh.

As far as cannibalism goes I voted yes but it needs to not be the easy mode way to profit from KOS.

 

There needs to be major health/addiction issues associated with it to make it an act of desperation not just a way for retards to get their jollies. 

 

All for realism but the rape/sexual assault thing is over the line IMO and I am not a shrinking violet by any means.

Make it so that preparing the meat is difficult and that it eventually decomposes if kept raw.

 

A turn-based strategy game called Neo Scavenger did this well. You'd get a lot of meat off of a dead human body but you wouldn't be able to cook and preserve it all in time.

I am all about gameplay value,stop trying to use the "realism" argument to pass functions like that.

I find most them sickening,offering absolutely no gameplay value and straight from a 13 year old sick fantases.

I vote unsure but if its implement in the game later on. I strongly suggest that this cannibal should be a NPC's. Zombie in city/towns, while cannibal live in the forest or remote town way up north. I would love to blow em with my sawed-off shotgun and maw em with my M4 or snipe them with my mosin.
