Bladeofhell 0 Posted February 17, 2014 Hello. I'm globally banned of "DayZ SA" because, I think my Arma CD Key was stolen and someone hacked with it.I didn't knew I've got a global ban, and I bought and played the game before the Update with the Anti-Cheat system came out.I really wanna play that game so bad.. And I'm already banned since the patch came out! I contacted the Steam and Battleeye support. I asked the Steam support for a refund and the Battleeye support for an unban. Both wasn't ment to do anything of it.. so they told me I should come over here. They told me to contact you.I didn't find any other section or support E-mail where I could put that in that's why I'm writing here.If you need more Informations, please give me an E-mail, where no user can read my text.I would like to get unbanned, a refund or a new CD Key.GreetingsJan

terrvik 2409 Posted February 17, 2014 http://www.battleye.com/support.html Contact BE. Only they can help. Also:"It's your own responsibility to ensure that no one else has access to your cd-key. We cannot lift your ban if you were banned as a result of cd-key theft. If you think that your cd-key was stolen please contact support@bistudio.com for help." Combine (DayZ) 247 Posted February 17, 2014 How can someone steal your Arma key? Like, physically, or what? Also, DayZ keys can't be stolen. Just saying, even if your message seems to be: "BE is connected to these games, so I'm banned globally due to Arma 1".
boneboys 7988 Posted February 17, 2014 If you were banned in ArmA3, it will carry over. There is absolutely nothing that BIS/DayZ or these Forums can do for you.
