Do these types of buildings spawn any loot?

This was the first time I went into this area, only because bandits were shooting bambies along the coast, including me :)

 

I managed to KO one of them out front by the railroad tracks, then kept zig zagging, making them waste 2,000 pounds or more of ammunition until they finally got me.

 

Respawned right down the road and did this

So should I go back to this area and look for anything good? Or does loot not spawn here?

melee weapons, can openers, random food and sometimes handcuffs and ammo. That's all, and there ain't alot of it even after a restart.
