Why are there still private servers with kick on join policies

Been getting frustrated at being kicked for no reason on these so called private or clan servers, we all know they exist to give clan members or people who own the server free loot, so why are they still up? are they not illegal in terms of use? considering they ruin the whole point of the game and should be easy to regulate I am confused as why there is no action.

Follow the instructions here ( http://forums.dayzgame.com/index.php?/topic/158966-dayz-standalone-server-hosting-rules-server-reporting/ ) to report their asses, and they'll lose their sever without a refund.  They are against the rules but there really isn't anyone going around (with power) and checking said servers.

I recommend someone who has the time/effort to try this.

 

Step one, Go on Gametracker.

Step two, Select servers and hit Dayz.

Step three, Type into host name Kick, Loot farm, or script testing.

Step four, Report all servers in thread.

Step five, Wait for a game service providers to do something.

 

Profit?= We have killed the servers that come with a free game tracker page.

Won't work. They demand proof that you were kicked from the server, not just that they claim to kick.

 

And the GSPs have a conflict of interest, since losing customers is bad for their business. They are always going to allow exactly as many violations as they can without pissing off BIS.

 

As long as BIS puts server policing in the hands of players and GSPs, we'll see a lot of cheaters.
