Frame rate drop in Berezino & Guba

So frame rate dropped to nearly unplayable levels last night in the 2 above mentioned cities.

 

Anyone having this issue? Is it the game or the server?

 

I jumped to another after Berezino was garbage and it improved, but later became worse at Guba.

these issues have been fixed by todays hotfix update

the memory leak has been fixed yes (damn the game feels much smoother again ) but for me and my rig guba bay (the city there i cant spell) is my worst location for FPS the next worst is the apartments over cherno..

 

cherno apartments 39 to 41 frames

guba bay 33 to 35 frames

cherno/electro 43 to 46

small towns 49 to 56

wilderness 68 to 85 ( no idea why i get such huge varaition here its usually closer to the 80 but some spots i drop 20 frames

Dean said that some major optimization is currently being tested... should dramatically improve frame rates... I can't wait... I'm getting tired of playing at 12-22fps :(
