Did stable servers just go down?

Sorry if I'm unaware of something as I'm very new to the game, but seems like the stable servers just went down? I can only see the experimental ones

yep they are down which means ether something is getting fixed or an update is happening.

Last week it was about 3 hours if my memory servers me right which probably doesn't. I'd just look in the "announcments and information" sub-section of the forums. No post as of yet though.

Every wednesday, there is mainteinance for about 3 hours. Starting around 7 GMT.
