How much authenticity is too much?

I desire to play games because of their immersive experience and are as close to real-life as possible. I think Rocket is moving in the right direction. I don't mind added complexity to the game at all.

If you want true authenticity to the game add age variety. Children, old ppl, the works to the zombie list. As gruesome as it sounds no one would be spared from a virus like this.

 

Not many are willing to tread the line into child zombie territory ether except for No More Room In Hell atm.

Not needed for realism.

All kids and old people could have died from the virus (or whatever). Only "healthy" adults turned. Prolly more realistic as well.
