Nope. They are not in the game yet. Drinking alcohol tincture and using antibiotics used to bring about symptoms of infected wounds, but that was a bug and there was no real risk to the player of dying from it.

Infected wounds is in the game.. cause well, I got infected wounds some days back and fixed with the alc tincture
