I can readily offer a bow along with some arrows. I can quickly construct a fishing rod with what I have in my inventory. Maybe you'd be interested in a longhorn? Ammo clips? This would be for regular mode, as I am limited on what I can offer in Hardcore outside of a bloodbag of O-. I think you won't find Smersh vest as they only spawn on Soviet heli crashsites, and those don't spawn loot on this version.
