I have done several server sweeps of the military spawns. Unless it spawns in the police station or some other special building I have no idea where it could be 

 

but if someone can confirm it is in stable/exp i will hunt it down for you.

Stable wont help you either way...the .380 ammo it needs only spawns in .48 exp right now.

Best bet is to check the .48 exp servers.

i searched high and low on exp .48 today for you....

 

6 people died and I hit every mil base.....nothing

 

Either they spawned and whoever found em did not share it with the world (unlikely) or they are not in game yet.

I learned today they only spawn at heli crash sites, and there's only a 30% chance of them spawning. :( I ll just have to wait to create that video! Thank you so much for trying trev! Add us on steam: agamingcouple we'd love to play with you! You seem like an awesome dude!

What will people accept for 5.56mm ammo? I have an M4 and only about 90 rounds left on an aged hardcore character. Found an AK101 mag the other day which helped, but I want heaps of ammo. I have friends with fully decked out characters on both regular and hardcore, ad conveniently, they don't play anymore (where I scored my HC M4).

Basically, what do I have to trade for 5.56mm ammo on hardcore?

Just find some AK101 Mags they are quite common at Mil bases and hold 30 rounds of  ammo each.

Kind of what I was assuming. I think an MP5 with mags is probably my only chance. Guess I'll have to keep sweating through military bases until I find another mag.

We have tried to find it and were very unlucky during the past week. That's why I ask here, since I am more of a bow/survival type and dont need the AK. I can also trade in the pristine black high cap vest.
