Screen is unbearably shaky when in 1st person mode

I've turned head bob off but when in first person mode, even when standing still, it looks like Michael J. Fox simulator. Constantly shaking like Mohamed Ali even with more than 10k blood.

did you take some damage? you need to take the painkillers for it to stop.

Since you are not at 12k blood, that leads me to believe you have suffered damage and your survivor is in immense pain, if you use the painkillers your character started with it should go away.

Take some painkillers, hey presto. The game even allows you to overdose as I'm sure there are more than 2 in that box :)

Like the others said you are probably in pain, take some painkillers and it should go away.

Use 3rd person if you don't have painkillers. This is an excessive feature IMO, I couldn't bear to play 1st person with this effect.
