If you are more people I would probably have two or more guys flanking the actual squad to make sure there are no bandits stalking you. Always keep an eye out for enemies. Make sure you can trust the squads and that you got free fields of fire, its easy to get hit by friendly fire in the heat of battle. Use different weapons so you can adapt to different situations.

Like the others said you are probably in pain, take some painkillers and it should go away.

If you dont have a weapon (primary or secondary) the weapons will turn up in the two active weapon slots(for either gun or rifle) When you see a weapon you walk up to it and press G, when in the inventory screen you see on your right the amount of places you got left and to the left is all the things listed, both things in your inventory and on the ground. If they are on the ground you can see an extra number dependable on how many of that kind are on hte ground. You then press on the right arrow on the object(in the list) to transfer the thing to your inventory. Unless its already used it will automatically show up in the weapons slot, otherwise you need to place it in a backpack. I hope this answered your question.

Whats the talk about a beta patch, is this game going into beta with 1.7 or is it something else?

I have found map a few times, mostly in cities(restaurants and supermarkets). I have never used a gps because if I got a map I for most of the time already know where I am.

1 This is what is good about the mod, you dont know who to trust. 2 Actually it stands "XXX died/ was killed" in the chatlog, all you need to do is look at it. 3 I dont like the fact that on regular you can pinpoint players with their names, but I agree with one thing here, I saw a survivor and wanted to tell something but there is NO way you can see his name, if you are in a forest without any landmarks you cant effectivly communicate. And no one have noticed or answered when I wrote something in the local chat, if anything change color from white atleast. 4 I havent really seen any flies without bodies. 5 Sadly this almost forces players to play in one way and that is the opposite of what this mod is about. 6 I actually like it being random IMO 7 uhm, I think its easy to see why I died. If a zombie killed me there would be zombies attacking me etc. Also why do you want to see what weapons you were killed with, its not like it matters or anything? 8 well now we dont have bandits.

I would probably act like I usually do when I see other survivors. I would keep out of sight and make them identify themselves(aka ask if they are friendly), if they dont answer I would either kill them or get away(it depends). But man or female, I wouldnt trust them and even if I mostly dont shoot first I would with no hesitation put a bullet in their head if they turned up hostile.

If the female skin would be "weaker" I dont think anyone would actually play as a female, and if we are going to be completely realistic then we must have different body types for everyone. Lets randomize how good you character are in terms of strength and (blah blah blah blah) that some players can lift massive things and run around with machine guns while others can barely have a gun. These guys arent your average people, they need to be fit to have survived this long.

I had a lousy day today, I had a makorov and a Lee enfield and was heading towards Benezia(the most nothern city along the coastline) However I aggro a few zeds and to survive I climb up a ladder up on a roof. on the roof I see that the area is full of zombies, I try to shoot the zombie that chased me earlier and hits, however now all other zombies reacted and started screaming and doing things. I stand on the roof watching how more and more zeds gather below me, waiting to take a bite. I started picking of zeds one by one as they stood below me, however the more I shoot the more come and soon I see that my ammo isnt going to be enough. I emptied my pistol and was at the last few rounds with my enfield, I could clearly see that there were still over 20 zeds below me, I had now about 60 kills(I had only killed 1/2 zeds earlier). Despite the not so good odds I tell to myself that I need to escape, so I climbed down the ladder and started running, I got a few hits but thankfully I didnt start to bleed. so now I was running with atleast 20 zeds behind me. I wish I could tell how this ended but I lost my connection in the middle of the chase.
