Trying to join a topic, everytime a fail

EDIT OF TOPIC TITLE : SERVER INSTEAD OF TOPIC :)

 

 

So i`m trying to log in to a stable server, ping on 25-50 Connection failed, or those with 0 people are full? 
Also sometimes when i refresh i see all of the pings above the 400-500 :S ( UK / Europe located )

 

Most of my old servers are gone and taken by the experimental servers.. which makes it impossible for me to play as i`m not going on those servers yet.

 

 

Anybody has the same problem / solution ?
