Holy crap.. Friend & I just watched a pair of guys Ghost 3 or 4 groups in Elektro.

2 very well geared guys with M4's.  All we had was Pistols.  We watched from our window off in the distance.  As they would come up on buildings leaning into the walls..  Then poof disappear.  Shortly later.. M4's going off like CRAZY.. then the guys we saw log out just outside of the buildings.  come walking out of that very same building untouched..

One by one, building after building.  It was as if they knew where EVERY single camping person/group was.  They finally came to our building..  We couldn't believe it..  How did they even know we were here!?
When they logged into the rooms we were in. and mow us down.  We both unloaded our Mag's into them point blank range & it did NOTHING to them.

We have noticed when we log into a server we can't do shit for about 5 seconds.  Even after that we get that wonderful Desync for another 5 seconds.  Be lucky to see our guns get placed in our hands.  Pretty much a 5-10 seconds sitting duck..  But these guys.. Holy crap.  Appeared.. less than a second later gun in hand.  maybe the 2nd second.. begin to unload it on us...



I wonder if it could be possible to be told who killed you.. This way we could report any possible cheaters/hackers.
Name - Server - Time.  Description of what happened.

We could FRAPS it all day but that wouldn't mean crap if we don't know who it is on a 40 person server.

It doesn't take me 5+ seconds to log in and equip my gun, either. I think it's time you got a new ISP. As soon as you hear a "chik-chik" noise, turn and shoot. There's currently no cheat that gives you god mode, so I'm putting money on the fact that:

 

i) Didn't happen.

ii) If it did happen, exaggerating like a boss.

iii) Your aim is bad and you missed them.

I was killed by a suspicious guy yesterday, he appeared next to me, drew an M4 and our sniper hit him clean in the chest and myself and another friend unloaded about 15 rounds into him before we went down and my sniper said he just disappeared after that

Guess i must be aiming at the wrong part of his head then when I shoot, clearly he was he better player

Yeah, hit-boxes are currently terrible when you're moving around in combat. It's better just to blaze at their chest and hope for the best.

 

For the guy(s) calling me a dick, you're right. I am a dick. Everyone who dies on these forums dies via h4x. No one gets out-shot or out-maneuvered. That'd be sorcery.

 

As far as hacks go, do some research. I'm not going to link to hacks on these forums, but currently available hacks do not include god-mode/invincibility. These "hackers" are just script-kiddies using Microsoft Visual Studio to exploit lag.

 

Expect to see:

 

i) Short-range teleports

ii) Players that know where you are via ESP (extra sensory perception, a little red box that surrounds your player on their screen)

iii) Players that know where you are via radar (just like a radar you'd have in Call of Duty or Counter-Strike)

iv) Players that know where you are at night as they can force daylight

v) Aimbot

 

There isn't a god-mode/invincibility hack. If anything, they were just lagging around your screen and you couldn't hit them.

 

P.S: Also, your death is your own fault. If you had more than ample warning someone was blatantly hacking in your vicinity and you still stayed on that server, you're not very bright and deserved the death.

I am not saying I agree the dude is hacking as normally it is just lag and desync (personally think it is game breaking) but the dude didnt even read the first post in detail so why bother replying to him haha. He obviously does not get what is being said or care enough to try and understand the topic. in saying that though IFFFF I thought someone was hacking on the server I was on I would have left that server...

I love the "get a new ISP" everyone always yells about. Not all of us live in cities or areas with multiple ISPs to choose from. I have one choice for DSL and one choice for Cable. I have issues when loading in, my screen will go all crazy wiht lines all over it and I will have to go to my video setings to get it correct.

Ye had this problems but with server admins ghosted three times but managed to kill the in the end (shit ghosters) and after I killed them the server restarted almost 30sec later pretty sure it was admins because the server was on a four hour restart and had been restarted thirty mins before

as for your bullets doing nothing to them, it's data lag on the server. I have appeared to unload an entire clip of magnum into someone but in reality, I was dead before I could shoot. It's the same as the CoD effect of "Omg I TOTALLY SHOT YOU ON MY SCREEN!" and the other person says they didnt even hear you shoot. Same thing

 

It doesn't sound like God mode. maybe other hacks, but I think that wasn't God mode. But seriously next time you think you see people teleporting around, just leave maybe?

Yes i am very aware of lag & bad NETCODE (Battlefield 4....).
My ISP is fine.  I get 30-80ms in DOTA2, BF4, & many more games.
DAYZ it depends on the server.  Most NA servers i see 30-100ms.  Desyncs are random but almost always guaranteed at the start.
EU Servers i get 100-200ms.  This was a NA Sever.

We stayed because we were in aw at this and honestly thought if they did it to us.. we would be ready..  And technically we were.  Or so we thought.


Guess it is time to install good ol'FRAPS again.

I am rather glad at least 70+% of the Forum Community is fairly friendly & providing decent feedback..
Going to start testing this REPORT option on the other 30% who always provide terrible feedback & always attempting to Troll constructive conversations.

I think those might be using "wall glitch", then they could shoot you easy thru doors. My friends and I saw one (if you lean near wall you can see building interior) inside ATC tower building on NEAF so we logged off since it is pointless to fight that guy.
