vfxtodd 123 Posted May 3, 2015 That's my problem: finding weapons but no ammo. Or finding ammo and never finding the weapon to go with. Thanks to this forum, I hooked up with a couple guys and we were able to put weapons and ammo together. Before meeting up, I decided to explore and go through towns I'd never been to before. It was actually pretty cool. I enjoyed the adventure. Somehow managed to find just enough food to survive most of the way. I only died of starvation when I strayed from the roads in an attempt to take a straight path to a specific town. The key is to make friends and not KOS. Although there will be times when someone will pretend to be alone and they're really taking you to their buddies to be robbed. Haha. But that's life in DayZ.
