Game Updates Remain When Switching Back From Experimental Branch?

Maybe I'm going crazy, but I don't remember hearing bird noises everywhere I go. After switching out of experimental branch I hear them everywhere. Anyone else experiencing this?

My character actually keeled over and starting holding his stomach from being to full of water. Iv never ever seen that before till recently. So your not the only one.
