fing24 36 Posted January 30, 2014 I know that most people at night don't use torches as it gives away your position. But when I do use them I find the beam very constrictive (only illuminates a small area of the screen). Would it not be good to be able to make the beam broader to illuminate a larger area, but the light gets dimmer when you do this.
rickenbacker 190 Posted January 30, 2014 When you say torches, I think that rags, sticks and some fuel would make an excellent torch! All you need is a match to light it, and you're set!
unicornsmustdie 32 Posted February 2, 2014 I agree with fing24. If you have ever used a maglite, there´s a ring on it that allows you to go from really focused beam to very broad. It´s not uncommon. I think the focused beam as it is now is also not very realistic indoors, often in small rooms you still only see the circle of light, when in reality a lot more light is reflected around it (unless you´re using a very high end very focused maglite for example). Draco122 412 Posted February 2, 2014 Needs moar flares and chemlights. Yes I need my Flares and Chemlights so I may have the Standalone Beach Rave while blaring Dubstep through my microphone.
