Some How Glitched Into A Wall Now I Can't Get Out

So I'm in Balota Airbase looting away when I go into the jail house and head upstairs to the only enter-able room there, I see an item on top of the blue locker (closest to the outside wall) when I some how end up in the non-existent room next door and now I'm unable to get back out, what should I do? I don't want to start over yet again.

Take a running vault (V) at the wall and log out as fast as you can. If you're lucky you'll log back in on the other side of the wall.
