Most likely it will spawn at the crashed heli sites.

There are several items which only spawn at certain locations.

would make the most logical sense or at the military airports  at the very least.

Got it yesterday in the air control tower.

 

It looks horrible so i left it where it was, i cant see it becoming a popular bit of headgear.

It looks awesome, my only complaint is that you can't put the visor down, which would make it look even more awesome

I've seen one in the baracks near zelenogorsk when i ran past. Didn't take it because it was ruined so...

Anyone come across it in game yet? Iv looked in the wiki and see it listed but it only says like residential areas and stuff. Curious if anyone found it or knows that its not in game yet.

Well they got the helm right the glass looks a little to big though. I think thats whats making it look goofy but if you watch this video it pretty much looks almost like the same thing.
