I thought the Piano one was a hostel of sorts O.o

 

 

I do not speak Chernorussian, Russian, or Czech for that matter, but here is my line of thinking on it. 

On Taviana, there is a proper school, with lockers, desks, blackboards etc.   It has a big sign over the entrance that reads something along the lines of "Wkona" or "Wonka" or some variation of that.

The same word is on a sign on the side of the main entrance to the building with a piano it in.

 

That being said, the building with the piano is listed as housev2_03b in the files, not as a school per se.
