I just got knocked out (read:killed) by a rabid punching bambi outside of the firehouse in Electro. I met the kid not 5 minutes before at the grocery store, where he tried the same thing, only to feel the edge of my axe. Now, I AM NOT COMPLAINING THAT I DIED,OR LOST MY GEAR , all I want to know is if there is a spawn still in Electro, cause otherwise there was no game-legal way he could have caught up to me that fast (literally within 3 minutes) 

I was under the understanding that the spawns were all on the east side of the map now?
