How to Berry Picking ?

I've seen that vid and those are the bushes that poisoned me. I don't know if there are different states of berrys (rotten, pristine) or different berry types? But the having no indicator doesn't really help.

I also ate berries and got sick and died... not very useful, since I checked about 10 bushes before finding the poison ones... might as well save some time and die of starvation  ;)

Yeah does work but there is no action text go to bush with torch in hand scroll mouse till turn on text disappear then spam action button be careful all berries I've found so far killed me lol think they were green ones but can't tell as no action text.

Shame so many people don't know what they're talking about the op probably thinks it don't work now because of the 1st 2 idiots that replied.
