When you are talking to someone and they say "Hey, im gonna search the green two story house at balota airfield." Understand that it is not a cue to walk upstairs while your buddy is seccuring the bottum floor becuase when your buddy goes upstairs theres a good chance he will shoot you.

 

I was playing DayZ with a couple of guys and one of them wasnt talking at all, so when I told him to hang back. While I secured the downstairs looking for the light source emmiting through the wall my buddy walked upstairs and didnt say anything about being upstairs so when I walked upstairs to clear out the top floor I shot my buddy mistaking him for an enemy.

 

Just a word of advice to all the new players dont suprise the people you are with in DayZ.

As I said so many times: If you take friendly fire, because YOU have not reported your position: It's your and only your fault! Òó

It's every survivors right to ask questions later.
