I keep finding people unresponsive and bleeding. I try talking to them but no response.. Then when I go to bandage it says "I am bandaging unknown entity" or something like that... happened to me about three times since update..

It seems unknown entities are "dead" players. They died, but a bug causes them to remain. So... Undead?

the bleeding undead

 

they do stop once you've bandaged them which is strange, then they just moan in pain

I've seen this a few times... It's really strange... They look at you, go prone, then back to crouch. You can't kill em, you can't help em.

Funny thing is, I can bandage them and they stop bleeding... and I can loot them.. I've gone into some of their inventory and done things like put batteries in their flashlight, give them bandages, etc...

I think those are people who have logged out after they go unconscious and the game just keeps them there gushing blood until server reset.
