Hardcore/Regular servers, frash spawns!!

Hello before u say use search button i did but im still confused, i got few questions for those willing to answer.

 

What is difference between hardcore and regular servers?

Why do i spawn frash when i change server?

Do all servers have their own database?

I spawned on multiple servers with 4 different characters :S

 

After new patch is all so confusing, maybe i should take a break for few days untill they fix more stuff.

Regular is with 3rd person and Hardcore is with 1st? Also, you might be getting onto another hive database on some servers. No, most of the servers are public hive not private.

Hardcore has its own database,and the difference to regular servers is that 3rd person is a no-no.

 

Also there are problems with some servers since the newest patch.

On topic, regular servers have the option to have a third person view while hardcore servers don't.

Also, you should follow the developer's twitter accounts, for they make posts about known issues that people have been reporting. They also post teases about new content.

There IS only one Central Hive, as of now that hive is split into two shards. One is Hardcore(1st person only), the other is Normal(3rd person). So technically you can have two characters, one saved to Hardcore and one saved to Normal.

 

There is also and issue with some servers not connecting to the Central Hive so they're not saving data correctly, which could cause you to lose characters. Hope this helps.
