[BUG] No Loot in Military Camps

I wanted to post this here first to see if anyone else is having this issue, currently I've explored 4 entire Military Camps in Balota, by switching server to find if it's a bug, I've found 0 loot.

 

I would like to ask if anyone else is facing this problem

I have found some stuff there. But Balota is usually picked clean. Also military stuff is rarer since patch. All the better if you ask me! :P

There are thousands of players on right now server hopping for loot.

 

And you wonder why it's picked clean lol.

Because server-hoppers just jump through the dimensions, collecting the best stuff.

I run around between North East airfield  and balota aifield 4 TIMES.

 

and then i found 2x M4s and 1x mosin :)))

Yeah, i have a shotgun, i found one in the radar tower.

I noticed that there is a lack of loot.  went through countless buildings which seem to not have been entered, and found next to nothing.

I think there may be a balance issue with the item DB.  they did say there was going to be updates to the DB with this patch.

QUESTION:

IF you have a shotgun, where did u find it?

Had one, found it in a hospital in the stairwell 2nd floor

kinda near the coast on approach to cherno, it was dark as fuck and I don't go that way often

QUESTION:

IF you have a shotgun, where did u find it?

 

I did some travelling and came across the shotgun AND hacksaw in the higher floors of the wrecked ship

we found more shotguns than we could carry, in the hospitals above cherno. No ammo yet... ^_^ No hacksaw either.

Who the hell goes to balota except noobs though?

I can confirm. A lot less loot than before. Not just the M4s, but everything. Clothing, ammo etc. Tested on a near empty server (no hopping) where clearly no one had been.

I have yet to find any kind of gear at the NWAF Tents.

I also found it odd that there is ABSOLUTELY NO loot in the military installation areas.  I figured even if it had been picked through, there would still be something leftover (undesireable/worthless/ruined items etc...)

It seems the spawn places of items have been shifted. Also, I -think- there is no loot in the tents to either promote exploration of the map, OR they are editing the item DB for new upcoming items/weapons.

I have not found ANY loot in the tent areas outside airfields. I was on a server with 3 people. Nobody had been to or touched the NWAF since I got there. Went through every tent, and NOTHING. Usually I find a magazine or a buttstock, but this time was absolutely nothing. Even when people show up to loot they always leave 1 or 2 items behind..

Confirmed. I have searched 4 NW airfields, and all the tents are empty. Not one item. Only loot that is curantly still there, is in the 2 story sandbank bunker(s), the ones with camo canvases on them. Joined 4 1/40 servers, searched whole airfield, all buildings and hangars intact! All 4 times, yet at the tents there was no loot, expect for the 2 2stories bunkers.

 

I think the new soda cans are EVERYWHERE ! In the militery bases, baracks... Where "good" loot once spawned, now you can find 3 cans of soda.
