Street Lamps are on?

Can somone tell me why in Cherno and Elektro rawly 3 of 10+ street lamps are turned on? I mean where does the electricity come from when nobody works there anymore?

A lot of street lights nowadays store energy via solar power during the day.. I'm not saying this is the case, but it works for me.

Come on guys its the human Apocalypse only ok. The mole people who keep our power going are just fine ok gosh guys you be so stupid.

 

Edit: But seriously isn't the power coming from a water damn/ wave power source since we are coastal? You would think we should be and if no major explosions harmed facilities it might be possible to they are still running auto. Maybe we can RP it as there is just some dude who was like "you know what I am the keeper of power now since zeds killed my family" and is just maintaining the facilities out of shock/depression.

lel I was running next to people last night on nigh servers after the patch, whispering to people and you should've seen them scramble cause they have the flashlights on and they cant find me, that was a lot of fun, i freaked out a few yesterday, like i was standing around with just the axe so when they turn around I yell HI!
