Mosin can only chamber one round since update?

Since the 0.32.114557 update my Mosin can only chamber one round at a time, is anyone else having this problem?  It's in Pristine condition too.

EDIT: It's already been reported, if you can help "Vote Up" you'd be doing everyone a service even if you don't have this problem.
