Shotgun i found and traded in for the Mosin i had does seem like a great weapon but it seems hard to find. And im not about to cut the barrel off to try and experiment with the gun atm. I want to find red and green slugs to find out what the difference in power is with the gun.

The red and green slugs were everywhere even before the update. On a related topic, I can't try the new build, because my game freezes on the server screen..

I think they lessened the drop of the slugs in game though. Im having a hard time finding them atm.

You should be able to paint ANYTHING that could possibly be painted. Guns knifes whatever. And there needs to be more than military/hunting colors too.

I think some great work has been put into this patch and hope they keep up to this standard.

I landed myself a sawn-off shotgun, was running round the Balota army/medical tents with a buddy when a dude comes in behind us in a tent and just stands there. I don't even aim, I just blast him at ~5m distance, see him get peppered with blood/hit markers, and the motherfucker just sprinted away, got chased for a minute before combat logging.

 

I'm a veteran, and never complain if someone dodges any of my shots, but this should have been a definite kill. It's a god damn sawn off 12 gauge. I won't be cutting up my shotgun again any time soon it seems.

 

But other than that, I'm enjoying the new bits of content. Absolutely adore my friend's fully upgraded, camo patterned mosin, the berets and new clothing, plus all the incremental fixes that will hopefully bring up closer to an optimized client.

You need to try the long barreled version i found on a guy. Im sure it might have more punch.
