took me a month to find a CZ. Found an M24 with very limited ammo and ive yet to see the m107. sniper rifles arent easy to find and ammo is even a bigger pain in the ass. i think OPs problem originates from his mindset of cherno and electro being safe. so no dont even consider touching sniper rifle spawn settings.
