What are you filtering for? Did you click the "internet" tab in the serverbrowser? Did you set your filters correctly (also check your ping).

 

If it doesn't work, try opting out the experimental branch again and go back to the normal retail version.

There are still down I believe.  They, the devs, found some bug they needed to squash with the newest patch and delayed it.  It was pulled from Steam and everyone, mostly, was reverted back to the previous version.
