Really Old Man 53 Posted January 18, 2014 Since berries are being added in Dayz, that means there will be multiple types. With multiple types of berries, that means there will be good and bad ones. And with the good and bad ones, the possibility of user crafted medicines and poisons might be a possibilities. Seriously, being able to craft medicines and poisons from berries would be awesome. People can now become the crazy hermit who lives out in the woods creating strange medicines from berries. And with poisons, one could create poison arrows and use them with bows. Maybe some very rare Liberty Caps that make you hallucinate colors and weird sounds and stuff if you eat them, but even if that happens, it's way off. Don't get your hopes too high. Nowhere is it said that there will be multiple types. You read one thing and added a whole idea that wasn't even mentioned. THis is why people start saying "why don't we have this and this and this" because they read too much into things. Nor does it say anywhere there will be good and bad ones. Initially there might only be a few types, but they may eventually add more. Besides, I'm just stating my opinion on what should be added. I'm not going to cry if I don't get my berries.
