Sooooooooo, you IMPLEMENT a new spawn system so all fresh spawns spawn on the east coast, where does everyone run? of course to elektro. You really didn't think these wanna be bandits wouldn't think ohhhhh look fresh spawns un-armed trying to get some basic supplies, let's tell them to get down, put there hands up and handcuff them and then take all the supplies.. (that's if your even lucky enough to get to that stage, where they scream down the mic saying GET DOWN GET DOWN *gives you 2 seconds then shoots you* even though un-armed).

Look this happens to everyone, and everyone keeps making the same ol thread over and over and over...

And yes it's early alpha, and there isn't a lot going on at the moment, and once you've geared up and have your inventory sorted, there's really nothing else to do.

Besides if you know people are going to run to Elektro when they freshly spawn, how about going the opposite way, make a run for the tree's and go into the woods and find a town to loot.

People make the mistake early on to stick to the coast and never go far inland, go explore and perhaps you won't run into anyone who is going to shoot you.

You should just call them children.. children that shouldn't even be playing Dayz....

Other then that, you HAVE TO be tactful here. As stated by Phlogiston, Head inland, and try to survive off (away from) the coast.

Hello there

 

Im going to close this as its pointless. A quick search will give you many posts about the current spawning areas. It is known. If you wish something to be done then report it to the bug tracker or use an existing thread.

 

Lastly it IS Alpha. Telling folk not to mention that face is like telling folk not to tell you the earth is round.

 

Feedback IS wanted, but in the correct place.
