You don't understand how Steam works.A VAC ban is possible, which would disabled them from playing VAC supported games (all multiplayer Valve games, like TF2 and CSS, DayZ and a few others have VAC too), but if they went to play CoD or Rust they'd still be able to get in. These people are simply piggy backing off someone else's work. I'm pretty sure we all realize these people aren't breaking into Department of Defense computers in their spare time. It's semantics.I have got to agree.. these people have at most a very basic basis of what is going on with what they purchase from the actual people who do the work to make some "dumb" money from video games.
