First of all the game seems almost like it is not done downloading like it is missing integral parts of the game. You build number will be displayed at the main menu on the top of the screen in white i.e 0.30.114008, when you go to join servers ensure that build number matches the server you are joining. Also make sure to run as admin when playing and if your version is not up to date just verify your game cache to auto update it to the current build.
