Adding 3 more devs is not going to significantly impact the release date. It's not the content creation that takes time, it's getting everything to work properly. That takes troubleshooting and time. knawx 175 Posted January 12, 2014 People have been saying that the community is going to lose interest in the game since last year. It's been proven that this is not the case. Nobody is going to walk away from DayZ. Sure people might take a break and wait for more content, but the slow development cycle is not going to stop people from buying the game. On top of this, the developers have been very smart to outline their plans, and make it abundantly clear that the current state of the game is nothing more than a foundation to build on and that improvements will slowly come as 2014 unfolds.
