Problem

Anyone having the same problem as me , i already died 3 times after logging because i cant equip any weapon , and any item !

Can you elaborate? There's too many things we need to know:

 

What happens when you try?

Are you dragging it to your hand?

Did you actually pick the weapon up?

Is it showing in your inventory?

What have you tried?

Nothing happens when i tryed 
I try dragging
it was in my inventory
i tryed drag and pressing the hotkey 


This is also happening with 2 friends of mine who plays with me , like for 5 minutes after logging in , and them the weapon and items  can be equipped.

Possibly a very severe case of server item lag. It happens sometimes.

Happening to me too. All servers low ping or not doesn't seem to matter.

You are not alone in this issue. My friend is reporting the same and he looks at pings of diff people and gets 0.

 

He has rebooted completely, tried dropping something, picking it up etc. Nothing..

Sometimes when I can't equip an item by dragging it or using it's hotkey, try clicking the red x on your "hands" box in the inventory.

 

It's like the game thinks something is there, even if it's not.  So you click that red X that normally puts the item away, and you might be able to equip something then.

Nope, not the issue.

He can't open doors and everything on his person is ruined

We solved it by just killing him and having him respawn.
