Full Color, Still Blurry

AFter having to patch myself from a few zombie attacks, I got into a firefight with a guy and killed him but took heavy damage.

 

My screen was so bad I could hardly see and honestly thought I would pass out even after I stopped the bleeding. Since then I've been able to eat and drink and take vitamins back to full color on my screen but it is still so blurry I can hardly see.. It's like having a terrible astigmatism and no glasses. I usually just go into the video settings and it resets.

 

Is this a glitch or am I still hurt? I never got a 'sick' indicator the whole time.
