Find the area you want to loot (preferably not balota only server hoppers there.) Fire off some rounds, everyone around you has now combat logged and you have the loot all to yourself.

Very true, I saw a guy spawning into the barracks in the base south of nwaf, I watched him through a window and fired my .45 into the air, he disappeared instantly. I have to hand it to them, these combat loggers have alt f4 down to an art.
