2 dayz accounts, 1 IP address

Myself and a mate tried to play dayz last night whilst in same room whilst obviously sharing the same internet. we tried 3 different servers and within 5 minutes we both received the 'no message received' notification. is this battle eye stopping us from playing together?

I have heard reports about this, however I don't know why it would be happening.

Something to do with open ports.

You cannot use the same N°.

I believe SmashT might know about this.

yes i'm on about SA not the mod, sorry.

 

what service would be stopping us from using the same port # ? i have a feeling it's battle eye so my question is best served over there if that's the case

well i solved the problem,
