Anyone seen an M4 lately?

I haven't seen an M4 anywhere, am I just unlucky? or did the spawn rates decreased? I've been to military bases, barracks and air strips, still no m4.

Spawns have been lowered, tho I couldn't tell by the sheer amount of M4's I've passed up in prisons/barracks's today.

Spawn decreased.

 

And server hops increased. You often will find barracks, mil building full of all items, even ammunition but no m4. People server hop 10x more to get m4.

Also have enough ammo to take on a full server.

Found one in one of the spawn towns at the coast yesterday. Pretty sure mags for it don't spawn anywhere other than military areas so I didn't bother picking it up.

I saw ammo to m4 in supermarket. With a clip.

 

But it could be dropped there by player.

I think the spawn rate for them are still too high. Which is ok for now as there isn't a lot of other options for weapons.

Way fewer M4s, but magnums, Magnums, MAGNUMS EVERYWHERE!  With virtually no ammo for them to be found.  But 7.62 is suddenly wildly plentiful.

M4's suck anyways. For player killing, I much prefer Mosin/Magnum. For general looting/zombie defense, FNX45 is more than enough atm.

You know...the buildings with the jail cells, i've heard multiple people call it the police station so i'm just going along with it.

Maybe you play on the same server I do.  I like to take items and throw them in the middle of the woods or fields.  I usually don't take m4s though.  I just strip the optics and throw them elsewhere.

 

They're a lot less common than they were, but they're still easy to find.
