What should i do? I dont see any health bar or something but my guy keep whine arrghhh euggg every 30 sec..what do i do??

you have been shooted or hit by a Zed recently ? Probably an infected wound, you should try:

- apply alcoohol to your wound (do not drink it !)

- use painkiller

Use a pain killer. If that doesn't remove the sound after a few minutes, relog and it should go away. There is a current bug where the sounds persist after the cause was treated.

use morphine worked for me

 

Yeah... Don't waste valuable morphine on a simple infection. Painkillers, or Alcohol Tincture will cure it just as well, and you won't run the risk of finding yourself with a broken leg 6km from a hospital and no way to fix it because of a little itch you had an hour ago.
