Solopopo 330 Posted January 2, 2014 Excuse my nubness but how can you heal yourself with medical supplies in game? Can you use medical supplies on yourself? I have a syringe filled with what I think is antibiotics but I can't figure out how to inject it. I have a saline bag and no idea what to do with it. If you are by yourself, how can you heal? dallas 5195 Posted January 2, 2014 You have to have enough water and food in your system to regenerate health yourself. Make sure you eat a lot of food and lots of water. Your stomach can contain 4000 units of food/water. When your stomach digests water it goes into your body's water storage(can hold 4-5000 units) and digested food goes into your energy storage(can hold 20000 units). When you have about 3000-3500 units of water and energy in your system, you will begin regenerating blood and health.
