knar33 158 Posted December 31, 2013 I have made 6 blood bags to do some medic work (I am type o negative) and I am wondering if blood bags are programmed to expire yet, and what happens if you inject expired blood? I have seen rumors that keeping it in a medical bag prolongs their shelf life, but haven't heard anyone mention expired bags. Has anyone tested this yet? CREDiBLE 42 Posted December 31, 2013 I have my blood bags in a medic bag and they're still pristine after ~20h of gametime. That's all the research I have on the subject.

green_machine 179 Posted December 31, 2013 You're looking too much into it. You'll need a refrigeration unit to keep them fully primed. Without them, you'll be getting them hot and cold on a daily basis, and sometimes covered in icky water. That's just speculation. Check this out then see what's what. http://www.mahasbtc.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=139&Itemid=
blacklabel79 949 Posted December 31, 2013 (edited) Id suppose, if you store them in one of the yellow containers, they last longer ( like fresh fruit should ) Edited December 31, 2013 by {Core}BlackLabel
