KOS hypothesis

i know KOSing is a hot issue right now hell i was put off by it at first have had issues getting shot everytime i would try and be a friendly type player.

so my thought is as many have said they get bored after getting gear and feel they need to test there mettle i totally get that

at the same time we are testing i think that this is a time we should be getiing the combat sytem down testing it shooting the guns killing each other.

we need a good hit detection sytem. we need to know the guns are accurate to at least an authentic degree.

so i say keep killing each other lets get the combat system good to go and then we can start hopefully exploring the other ends of the spectrum i know this game is offer

i don't want to see safe zones or humanity B.S. and some folks have thought up a consience sysytem where you are punished for killing.

i don't see that being very accurate cause some folks do not have a consience or morals. Richard Kuklinski(iceman) for example.

to everyone who says the game is going to die we are playin the fisherprice version of dayz right now just be patient. and i can't wait to see a hold up where a guy does the clint eastwood with the revolver( did i fire six shot or only five.....etc).

Ok the problem with this is your going to end up with a system like ISS. You dont want this game to be like ISS do you? A FUNCTIONING real time moral penalty system for being a bandit would be a good thing especially for those that truely dont want to run around KOSing ppl and being bandits unintentionally. It would give ppl a reason to not JUST pvp. If you want to break that and kill ppl fine but there should be more danger in it. Like a higher sense of alert by zombies or something. Like what Nether has. You kill more players you get more blood on your hands. You get more blood you attract TONES of Nether mobs. Having a simple skin or bandit signature above there name isnt going to cut it for stopping KOS.

what i'm saying is that we need people to fight each other i'm sure or at least hope they are gathering data on what needs balanced what needs improved.

so to have a great game where people don't complain that the guns to accurate or he should be dead i seen the bullets hit but he did'nt die etc.

lets get this data in and lets move forward and if KOS follows so be it i'll change my playstyle to survive. but i'm still not going to be a bandit but i'm also not going to go around carrying the i'm friendly flag anymore either.

KOS doesn't need tweaking, nothing will change it. Nothing. 

 

You couldn't even go back in time and prevent Murder, KOS would still exist.
